WALL STREET: Stocks mixed Friday as unexpected increase in retail sales prompted investors to move toward more economically sensitive companies although financials fell following big gains earlier in week. General Electric +3.4%, Caterpillar +2.5%. Gains came as investors suprised by Commerce Department's retail sales report, which showed retail sales rose by 0.3% in February, while economists expecting 0.3% decrease.
