Objective is to build a long term investment portfolio with an average at least 5% dividend yield per annual and potential high capital return at the end of investment. Time frame of investment at the moment is none as will only cash out the investment once the fundamental of the stocks appear no more potential further growth. Strategy of investment is to slowly accumulate when the price is deem cheap. The portfolio will consist of majority high dividend yield stocks and 1 potentially high beta stock to achieve a good capital return.
