With a positive closed for US markets last Friday and news of China US$586b stimulus package, Asia bourses opened positively and STI at one point hit an intra-day high of 1,916.01. However, as the days passed by, investors starting to take profit and choose the remain cautious as the fundamental of the global ailing economies has not changed overnight and will be monitoring closely what are the measures the new president Barack Obama will be coming out to rescue the US economy.
