US markets rallied yesterday night in reaction to the bailout of Citigroup. Asia bourses followed by opening up in the morning but due to profit taking, most bourses closed off their respective intra-day high. STI still failed to break the 1,700 barrier. Investors will be looking at tonight US 3Q GDP number.
