US markets rallied yesterday night with a better than expected 4Q08 GDP figure. Asia bourses mostly started the day on a high note. However, as the day passed by and also it is a Friday, investors chose to be cautious ahead of the US Personal Income and Outlay data and took profit from the recent rally. Bank stocks were down after a run up for the week.
