US markets fell at least 3% yesterday night when BoA earnings bring concern on troubled loan despite the news of Orcale acquired Sun Microsystems. IBM also reported a slightly below expectation result. Asia bourses reacted to the fell with all opened down but managed to close above their respective intra-day low due to bargain hunting. Nikkei closed -2.4%, HSI -2.95% and SSE -0.85%. STI fell to an intra-day low of 1,813.90 but recover from the loss and managed to close +12.40 points due to heavy component index stocks jump up on close. JMH, SIA, DBS and UOB are those pulled the index up on closed.
