US markets rally yesterday night and this further gave Asia bourses a slightly more bullish sentiment despite it is a Friday. Nikkei closed +0.35%, HSI +0.16% and SSE -0.23%. STI closed +0.97% despite some profit taking, the fall in price still well supported by investors snapping up blue chips. Bank and Property stocks lead the charge. Tonight US will be released its unemployment figure. Investors will be looking at that data and also any further measures from the G20 summit to save the ailing global economy.
