US markets fell at least 1% when investors taking profit from the recent run up. Asia bourses in reaction to that opened in then negative in the afternoon bargain hunters came in to snap up the blue chips to reverse to close mostly in the positive. Nikkei -1.62%, SSE +1.49% and HSI +0.38%. Volume was thin at 2.7b as compared to the 4b volume for past 2 days. Investors still maintain cautious.
