US markets rallied at least 1% yesterday night with positive economic data. Asia bourse reacted positively with all trading positive for the day. Nikkei closed +0.75%, SSE +1.71% and HSI +1.60%. STI closed above the 2,300 level with investors or possible funds snapping up the blue chips for a month end window dressing. There will be US 1Q09 GDP announcement tonight and the fate of GM for investors to worry about.
