US markets reversed earlier loss and closed in the positive after good home sales data. Asia bourses mostly continued the rally. Nikkei closed -0.01% subjected to profit taking. SSE +0.09% and HSI +1.84%. STI closed above the 2,600 level for the first time this year on a heavy volume trading day with a total volume of more than 3 billion. With the help of bank stocks, STI closed +1.84%.
