US markets rebounded last night with at least 1.2% gain on average due to M&A news. Asia bourses took the cue and rebound from yesterday sell down. Nikkei closed +0.91%, HSI +2.06% while SSE closed slightly negative at -0.33%. STI recovered 1.30% from yesterday drop when investors snapping up the battled down blue chip with NOL being the only index component to close down 1 cent. However, market still lack the catalyst to move above the 2,700 resistance level.
