US markets continued to close in the red yesterday night as investors awaiting Friday unemployment rate. Asia bourses managed to rebound from yesterday drop with SSE leading the rally closing +4.79%. Nikkei is the only bourses to close in the red with -0.64% while HSI tracking the rally on SSE closed +1.23%. STI also recovered from past days of loss and closed +1.11% with bargain hunting from bank and property counters. Defensive stocks were sold probably due to funds switching out of defensive counters into higher beta one. Penny and laggard stocks continued the rally for the time being.
