US markets advanced yesterday night but Asia bourses were directionless for the day with profit taking dominated the whole session. Nikkei closed -0.78%, SSE +0.54% and HSI -1.04%. STI were trading in the negative region throughout the days with SingTel and the banks leading the drop. Investors will be looking for US markets for more confirmation of the direction. Market in general is trading in a rangebound pattern; consolidation type of formation.
