US markets closed positive last Friday average at least +0.30% gain.  Asian bourses were mixed for the day as Japan nuclear crisis still not able to bring it under control still weigh on investors.  Nikkei closed -0.60%, SSE +0.21% and HSI -0.39%.  STI was in negative region throughout the day in a very thin volume trade day as daily volume fell below 1 billion.  Profit taking kicked in as investors await for more direction, namely Japan nuclear crisis, middle east unrest, european debt and US unemployment data later this week.  Only 8 of the component stocks managed to close positive for the day.
