STI Overall

Nothing much has changed to the STI wave count for both the positive and negative scenario in the bigger picture since the last update.

Magenta -- STI Positive

While on the bigger picture there isn't much change to the wave count, this scenario is almost invalidated when STI plunged to a day low and closed at 3,041.29 on 30th Nov 2021 when the world reacted to the Omicron variant news.  That drop almost broke below the low of 3,038.04 on 21st Sep 2021 which is labeled as Intermediate ((iv)) of the Primary wave 1.  Should that happen, the wave count in invalidated with a rule violation.  Technically, as there isn't any rule violation, STI should still be in Intermediate wave ((v)) of Primary wave 1.  That drop was the Minor wave (ii), a part of the leading diagonal as mentioned previously.  In the next 2 weeks, if the leading diagonal structure is intact, STI should move higher than 3,273.54, Minor wave (i) to form the Minor wave (iii).  However, should STI move lower breaking 3,041.29 and even 3,308.04, that will conclude this wave count is not longer valid.  Next 2 weeks would be interesting due to year end window dressing and Capricorn effect.  While most of the time, stock markets are posed for upward movement but that is not absolute based on events happening then.

One point to keep in mind, though there isn't any rule violation resulting from the deep drop, most of the time, going forward that wave count will be invalidated.

Green -- STI Negative / Red -- STI Negative / Orange -- STI Negative

 

For the 3 negative scenarios, there are much more straight forward than the positive scenario.  Break below 3,038.04 implies Cycle wave (B) (Green -- STI Negative) or Primary wave 4 (Red -- STI Negative) or Primary wave B (Orange -- STI Negative) has completed at 3,273.54 and now into the final lap of the down phase. 

Should STI manage to move higher up in the next 2 weeks, it will be trying to complete the Cycle wave (B) or Primary wave 4 or Primary wave B.

This session is the 100th of the series and unless there is some significant and drastic movement that causes rule violation that will invalidate any of the above wave count, this is how year 2021 will end.
